Anita Döhler

Anita Döhler has more than 25 years of experience in various telecommunication fields including more than 16 years of senior management responsibilities with operators of mobile communication networks. In addition, she has extensive experience in new business development and innovation, ecosystem- and partner management, standardization, technology strategy and product management, digital transformation. From 2016 until 2020, Anita Döhler held senior management positions at Accenture, including one of their Industry X.0 Innovation Centers.

Prior to joining Accenture, she was 16 years with Vodafone Group as Senior Manager in Technology and Commercial. She also worked at E-Plus Mobilfunk and Philips. She holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Telecommunication Engineering (Novosibirsk, Russia) and an executive MBA degree from Henley Business School (UK). Further, she is a systemic business coach. She is passionate to support the world’s leading operators, vendors and research institutes as CEO of the Next Generation Mobile Network (NGMN) Alliance.

Suzana Grujev

VP MOBILE ACCESS STRATEGY, LIBERTY GLOBAL

Suzana has more than 20 years experience in the telecommunication/cable industry. Her career includes nearly a decade at Liberty Global,currently responsible for the Group Mobile access technology strategy, driving collaboration and co-creation across Liberty Global markets and the Group on topics such as O-RAN, 5G SA and Mobile Private Network. Prior to joining Liberty, Suzana worked as independent consultant within Finance/Insurance sector as well as covered different positions within KPN, from Mobile, Strategy and M&A to IT. She holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunication from the Delft University of Technology.

Laurent Leboucher

Group CTO and Senior Vice President, Orange Innovation Networks

As of September 1st 2021, Laurent Leboucher leads Orange Innovation Networks organization supporting Orange business units.

He joined Orange in 1992 and held various technical, management and executive positions in several areas (operations, R&D, IT, start-up creation) in France and the United States, with a particular focus on software systems and IT transformations. More recently, within Orange Innovation IT and Services, he led the development of new customer relationship solutions, defined and supported a new IT strategy built on cloud practices and oversaw the IT and Services architecture.

Laurent is “Distinguished Fellow” of the TM Forum. He graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique, from Telecom Paris and has a PhD in computer science. Laurent is also NGMN Board Member.

Gabriel Brown

Principal Analyst, Heavy Reading

Gabriel leads mobile network research for Heavy Reading. He covers system architecture including RAN, core, and service-layer platforms. Key research topics include 5G, LTE Advanced, software-based mobile core, and the application of cloud technologies to mobile networking. Gabriel has more than 15 years’ experience as a mobile network analyst. Prior to joining Heavy Reading, he was Chief Analyst for Light Reading’s Insider research service; before that, he was editor of IP Wireline and Wireless Week at London’s Euromoney Institutional Investor.

Carlos Fernandes

Strategy & Technology Innovation, VP Lead Partner Manager, Deutsche Telekom

Carlos has joined Deutsche Telekom Group Technology in 2018 with more than 20 years TelCo experience, covering the areas of Radio, Access, Transport, Core and Analytics, having close to 10 patents granted in those fields of expertise. His current position is Vice President Lead Partner Manager within the Technology Vendor Portfolio Management organization where he oversees vendor strategy in key technology topics such as Access Disaggregation, ORAN, 5G Core, cloudification and FTTH, to ensure DT’s innovation and network leadership. Prior to join DT, Carlos was with the Vodafone Group for 18 years, where he held multiple local and global positions, in network operations, engineering and strategic planning, as well as benchmarking activities, driving Technology suppliers to excel.
